American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) Conference, Grapevine, TX

Naples, Florida - Dr. Long Huynh of naplescosmeticdentistry.com just returned from the 26th Annual Scientific Session of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) in Grapevine, Texas from April 26 to May 1. This year's theme, 'What's the Big Idea?', is designed to bring together thousands of dental professionals to showcase and learn about the latest advances and new trends in cosmetic dentistry.

A 3rd-year sustaining member of AACD, Dr. Long was returning again this year. He says one of the best parts about the event is the level of professionalism he encounters each year. "It's great to know that when you come to this meeting, you are learning from, and talking with, the best of the best. These are some of the most innovative and respected cosmetic dentists in the world."

"All of the presentations I attended at the Scientific Sessions were excellent. It reinforces what we are doing right in my practice and illuminates areas we can work to be even better," says Dr. Long. The future trend of dentistry, as the AACD strongly promotes, will be direct esthetic composite, since today's advance materials have made composites aesthetically versatile, minimally invasive, long-lasting, and affordable.

The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) is a membership organization that is dedicated to advancing excellence in the art and science of cosmetic dentistry and encouraging the highest standards of ethical conduct and responsible patient care. It was founded in 1984. Dr. Long Huynh has been in the process of submitting his clinical cases for his AACD Accreditation.
